Caron Chatter Newsletter

The Caron Chatter newsletter has a long history. In the early 1950’s, Dick Caron started the Caron Chatter newsletter to stay in touch with the many people he had met that shared a common story of addiction recovery. While the newsletter has evolved over the years, its main focus is to be a resource for those in recovery, as well as for those seeking personal growth.

Today the Chatter newsletter is distributed twice a year in print and online. The newsletter covers topics related to substance abuse, youth and teen addiction, mental health, personal growth, as well as testimonials from Caron alumni, family and friends. Caron alumni can use the newsletters as a resource for inspiration and information about continued addiction recovery care.

If you are interested in learning more about Caron or staying up to date with the Caron recovery community, we welcome you to view the latest online issue of the Chatter newsletter. In the past, Dick Caron asked that each person who received the newsletter write him at least once a year. While that may be difficult today, we certainly encourage and appreciate it when Caron Alumni send us status updates and notes. The easiest way to send us a note is by emailing alumni@caron.org. We also welcome content submissions from Caron alumni who are comfortable sharing their recovery stories with the rest of the Caron alumni community.
