At Caron Texas, we understand that contacting an addiction rehabilitation program can be challenging and intimidating. For that reason, we provide the following three options for yourself or a loved one to find about more about alcohol treatment and drug rehab programs at Caron Texas:

  1. Complete the online addiction treatment admission inquiry form, and you will then be contacted by a Caron Admissions Specialist
  2. Access our LiveHelp online chat feature to learn more about the Caron Texas rehab treatment programs
  3. Call us at 214-491-3600 or 800-214-0352 to speak directly with a Caron Texas rehab treatment Admissions Specialist

Regardless of how you contact us for addiction treatment information, a Caron Admissions Specialist will guide you through the entire pre-application and application process.

First the Admissions Specialist will obtain the necessary information to determine if Caron Texas is the appropriate addiction treatment program for the prospective patient. Individuals with co-occurring disorders, recent hospitalizations, medical conditions/problems and/or suicide attempts will be assessed further by the Caron Texas clinical team to determine if Caron Texas is the appropriate place for treatment*. If we find that Caron Texas cannot provide the appropriate level of addiction treatment and care for the applicant, we will gladly refer you to alternative addiction treatment programs.

After the Caron Admissions Specialist has confirmed that treatment at Caron Texas is appropriate for the individual, the Admission Specialist will work with the patient and/or family on several treatment investment options when planning for the cost of an admission. The next step is working with the individual, family and referral to determine an admission date, then transportation is arranged (when necessary), and additional admission day requirements are reviewed.

*Please note: Caron Texas is not an acute care facility. Patient stabilization is required prior to admission for individuals suffering from significant medical and psychological issues. Transfers from hospitals and other healthcare centers are possible and must be coordinated through the Caron Admissions Department.
